We are a small family-owned business. Ryan is the owner and he quotes on almost every one of our jobs. To help him out, we have three lovely ladies in the office along with three experienced technicians who have all been working for us for a number of years.

We understand that when you call us to make a booking for a new garage door, a repair, service, or new motor, you are trusting us to be reliable, prompt and do a good, honest job at a reasonable price.

Often garage doors stop working for an unknown reason. Perhaps something has broken, has moved, requires some adjustment or needs to be replaced completely.

This might be your first garage door and you will need some advice about which type of door will be best for your situation. You can have the confidence in knowing that when you call Doors Direct, Zina, Andrea or Amanda will answer your call and we will listen to you and ask questions to work out what the best solution for you will be.

Once you make a booking for either a free quote or a booking with a technician, you will then be greeted by a friendly face from either Ryan, Matt, Mark or Gavin. Each of our staff have a wealth of knowledge about garage doors and will discuss their findings with you so you can gain the best outcome for both you and your garage door.

Doors direct recently installed a new auto custom size garage tilt door for us.  Their service was excellent from the start.
